Supervisor Cerone proposes the following:
Be it resolved, that Michael Lug be reappointed as a part time police officer effective
July 2, 2010.

B). Resolution #88 To advertise for bids on additions and alterations to the Marlboro Wastewater Treatment Facility.
Supervisor Cerone proposes the following:
Whereas, the Hamlet of Marlboro Wastewater Treatment Facility operates
under a SPDES permit from the New York State Department of
Environmental Conservation (NYSDEC), and
Whereas, the SPDES permit was amended by NYSDEC to require
seasonal disinfection of the plant effluent, and
Whereas, compliance with this requirement necessitates that a chlorination
and de-chlorination system be installed at the facility, and
Whereas, the plans and specifications for the project have been prepared
by Brinnier and Larios, P.C., Professional Engineers, of Kingston, New
York, 12401, and were approved by the New York State Department of
Environmental Conservation on July 2, 2008.
Therefore, be it resolved that the Contract TM-081, Additions and
Alterations to the Marlboro Wastewater Treatment Facility, Town of
Marlborough, N.Y. be advertised for bids in accordance with the General
Municipal Law and that the bids shall be received on July 29, 2010, at the
Town Hall, Town of Marlborough.

Supervisor Cerone proposes the following:
Whereas, the Recreation Committee has met and reviewed additional applications with the camp directors.
Now therefore be it resolved, that the following also be appointed to the summer camp program for the year 2010
