Be it resolved that Jeff Magliato be re appointed as a Board of Assessment Review member.
Be it further resolved his term shall expire on September 30, 2015.

B). Resolution #110, To introduce Local Law # 9 of the year 2010 new Chapter 100 Juvenile Curfew
Supervisor Cerone proposes the following:
Whereas the Town Board of the Town of Marlboro recognizes and is concerned with the amount of unsupervised juvenile activity within the Hamlets of Marlboro and Milton and,
Whereas, after careful consideration and continued conversations with the Police Department as well as businesses and residents in both Hamlets, the Town Board has developed a Curfew Law.
Be it resolved, that the Town Board of the Town of Marlborough introduces Local Law # 9 of the year 2010, Chapter 100 entitled Juvenile Curfew.
Be it further resolved, that a Public Hearing will be held in relation to the proposed changes at which parties of interest and citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard on Monday September 27, 2010 at 6:30 PM at the Town Hall, 1650 Route 9W, Milton New York; Prevailing time and notice of said public hearing shall be published in the official newspaper of the Town of Marlboro, by the Town Clerk.
